How Our Reputation Got Started
In 1978, Rick Pearson and his father founded a company that catered to residential clients, builders, and developers. In 1986, the father-son team responded to the high demand in manufacturing and warehouse facilities, making the transition to concentrate on industrial construction. Since the late 80's, Rick Pearson has strived to provide quality construction and build relationships with clients, establishing trust and confidence in himself and his team. To this day, Proud Pelican works to build every building as if it were their own to use and work in.
